According to Chantecaille It is a pearly highlighter balm that feels creamy to the touch and illuminates the skin with a gorgeous, lit-from-within glow. The pearl case itself is gorgeous! I finished the blush with the same pearl case & cleaned it out & use it to carry a few pills in my handbag. Brand New in Box Never used, swatched or tested.
